Great experience dealing with Brayden from Eko Lab, i originally purchased the products online with zero interaction with a person, and unfortunately got stitched up by Aus Post sending things all over the country side. I purchased live products so was concerned about quality of products once i finally recieved them. Brayden replied to me immediately and on a Sunday / Public holiday. Despite Aus Post causing the problems Brayden was instrumental at ensuring i was updated and looked after. In a world becoming dominated by AI chat bots in sales, its nice to speak to a human. I recently purchased some plump red springtails and a regular white springtails culture and I'm very impressed.  The delivery time was great, especially as I live in a relatively remote area, the critters arrived safely, and the after sale's service has been second to none. Having followed your advice & buying an Eko Pod & Eko Jar, I am delighted with all aspects of my purchase. The plants are growing "Gang Busters". Have done some pruning within the Jar & don't look like doing any misting, for either Jar or Pod, for at least 10 weeks after set-up.
